The notes of purchase CCC certification mark
Now the CCC mark purchase procedure should be changed correspondingly, details please see following:
1. Should set company seal to 《APPLICATION FORM OF PURCHASE MARK》, should submit authorized letter of certification applicant if purchaser is agent (not certification applicant), submit clear duplicate of CCC certificate.
2. The CCC mark can be tagged on other CCC certificated product which are identical product type (According to compulsory product catalogue(http://china-ccc-certification.com/ccc-catalogue.asp) promulgated by AQSIQ*、CNCA*, it can be regarded as identical product type if digits 7th to 10th of products CCC certificate number's are same) in one factory、and which are identical mark type (S or S&E and such) in one factory. Please record and archive CCC mark usage condition faithfully according to rule.
3. The minimum unit of CCC mark order is sheet、the minimum quantity is one sheet.
4. It should submit original application、original certificate (must submit clear duplicate of CCC certificate if can not submit original certificate at particular case)、trust deed, if purchased CCC mark is for imported automobile、imported medical appliance.
5. According to implementation rule of fire fighting product: The certificate holder of fire fighting product will take certification mark from certification institute by production plan, normally one to two time each year.
