1.Compulsory product certification,can call CCC certification too,it is a product evaluation system which is implemented by China government according to law/statute,in order to protect consumer personal health and safety,protect environment,safeguard national security.It require product to meet national standard and related technical stipulation.By set Product Catalogue(http://china-ccc-certification.com/ccc-catalogue.asp) of Compulsory Certification and Implementation Rule of Compulsory Product Certification,the product listed in《Catalogue》will be carried out compulsory test and factory inspection.All products listed in Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue can not be left factory、sold、imported or used in other business,if they are not awarded certificate by appointed certification body and not tagged certification mark by regulation.
2.The name of CCC compulsory certification mark is “China Compulsory Certification”,which English name is “China Compulsory Certification”,and abbreviated to“CCC”.

4.In order to protect our country children’s life safety and health authentically,the AQSIQ* and CNCA* determine to carry out compulsory product certification for baby carrier、electro-motion toy、ejection toy、doll toy、plastic toy、metal toy, by related law/statute and international convention.From June 01,2007,all toy products listed in Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue can not be left factory、sold、imported or used in other business,if they are not awarded certificate and not tagged China compulsory certification mark.From March 01,2006,client can raise product certification application to appointed certification body.
5.China will implement uniform supervision system of certification and accreditation,as a certification/accreditation supervision administration under State Council,the CNCA will manage、supervise and coordinate China certification/accreditation work by State Council authorizing.
